Masaki may pk only players or clans who have pk'ed Masaki's members. Only members of 2nd rank and above are allowed to initiate pk.

Masaki members are not allowed to initiate pk on clans who have not pk'ed Masaki members.

Masaki may raid only clans who have been approved by Bakufu (Masaki's war council).

[-=Clan Equipment Policies=-]

Masaki members are allowed to wear any clan equipment they wish to.

Members wear other clan eqs at their own risk. The clans the eq belongs to may initiate a pk due to their clan policy regarding clan eqs.

Members may return any clan eqs to the clans they belong to if they wish to do so

Members are not allowed to sell or buy clan eqs that belong to allied or friendly clans publicly (on auction or forsale board or barter channel), unless the eqs are from open shops.

Masaki will not tolerate any dishonorable behavior or actions, such as CM vulturing.

Members are required to put clan priority and interest first then personal interest.

[-=Special Policy: Tier Tax=-]

Masaki members are required to have donated at least 50 Million Gold before tiering.
Only your current tier is counted. For example: if you join the clan at tier 1, you will need to have donated 50 M before going to tier 2. Then if the same member wants to go to tier 3, minimum accumulated donation must be 100M (50M + 50M). So, it's 50M for each tier.
Special compensation will be made if you join Masaki at 6x or 7x classes, at which you will need to donate only 25M to get to next tier, but after that, 50M rule will apply for tier after next tier.

[-=Masaki Disciplinary System=-]

Any rule/policy violator (or any inappropriate behavior/action) may be given a strike (more than 1 possible for major offense).
One Strike will add 30 days to the time required by members to reach the next rank. 2 strikes will add 60 days, and 3 strikes will result in OUTCAST.
A strike may be lifted by leaders in a month period if sincerely good behavior/action is shown or if the offense is not repeated.
As long as there is a strike, that member may not receive promotion even though PP's and time requirements have been met.
The system is accumulative, meaning if there is a strike in the record, another may be added in the future for another offense.
Inactivity (defined as not logging on for 3 months straight) will result in OC (Outcasted).
