Masaki Clan Charter & Policies

[-=Theme=-]

The Masaki Clan is overall a neutral PK/Raiding Samurai/Ninja clan primarily dedicated to helping our members "find their way in life." For the Samurai in us, we follow the path of Bushido. The concepts of Honor, Loyalty, Courage, Compassion, and Dedication to the clan and to each other is paramount. We will show honor to all those that deserve it (our allies as well some of our enemies). For the Ninja in us, we will show no honor or compassion to those that do not deserve the honor of Bushido. For these enemies, we will slay in any way possible to achieve the mission of bringing death to these honorless individuals/clans.

[-=Joining Requirements=-]

Must be at least a T0-R7 Hero and have at least 50K QPs earned. You should have an interest in the theme, as well as be willing to follow the path of Bushido. You must be willing to work and work hard for your admission. And if you do get in, you must work just as hard once in the clan. **NOTE: The T0-R7 is a non-negotiable requirement. The 50K QPs rule can be waived if the situation warrants it.**

[-=Promotions/Rank=-]

Promotions in the clan are based entirely on the individual's merit. The levels a player achieves and the amount of service and loyalty shown will dictate how high the player ranks. Through their performance, members will earn a combination of Performance Points (PPs) and Dojo Points (DPs) or Battle Points (BPs) depending on the dojo the member enters in. There are minimum class gains, time commitments, and gold donation requirements for each rank. Upon obtaining the second rank, Ninja, members will be required to join at least one dojo of their choice by seeking out the appropriate Sempai of that dojo.

***Note 1***: BPs for the Bushi-Seito are not listed here, nor do they follow the Dojo Points ranking as this Dojo has special unique requirements. If you are interested in this Dojo, please consult with the Sempai of Bushi-Seito.

***Note 2***: Active State means being an active member. There should be a steady increase in Levels gained/QPs gained/PUs gained. With steady activity, there should be a steady income of gold donated/tax paid to help maintain a healthy level of the clan's coffers. As there is NO TIER TAX, all members are expected to help ensure we will always be well protected. However, being Daishan (our elite), does not mean an end to donations. Our Elite must live by the Bushido code which means you are accountable for all your actions and/or non-actions. You are expected to know what is the right thing to do always and to act on that course. The Daishan will be evaluated bi-monthly and will be required to meet a standard. Daishan will be required to only meet 1 of the following categories but due to a variety of playing styles you are able to mix and match: 20 Levels or 20 Quests Completed or 50 Pups

[-=Demotions=-]

Demotions may be made if a player instigates any action that negatively affects the clan, such as selling clan equipment openly or secretly without the prior consent of a Sensei. Also a member who behaves in a manner unfitting of honor to another clan member, and as long as the limit of the 3 strikes rule is not reached, that member may find time to reflect upon his dishonor while reworking his last rank.

[-=Outcasting=-]

Although the clan is a set of multiple dojos, its members are "family." They should desire to be there for a common goal..."To find one's self" through growth and learning. We expect all our members to learn not only about the world, but their place in it...which will ultimately affect how they decide to interact with the world and their neighbors once they find their "calling". Outcasting is not something we take lightly... but will occur if the member decides his/her/its path no longer resides with the clan. If your destiny leads you to a different path, we wish you well.

**NOTE***: House Rules of Aardwolf must always be adhered to. Outcasting with extreme prejudice will occur especially for abuse of:
-Multiplaying
-Intentional harrassment designed to negatively affect someone in a "non-gaming" capacity...(exs: threatening of real life bodily harm, unsolisitated verbal harrassment, etc.
-Reaching the limit on the 3 strike rule. We will allow up to 3 strikes depending on the seriousness of the situation. If the member commits 3 strikes/mistakes, he/she/it will be outcasted. Habitual troublemakers that bring dishonor to the clan are not needed. **Multiple PK attacks does not constitute intentional harrassment of a "non-gaming" capacity.**

[-=Decisions=-]

Decisions can be made by a variety of methods. The most prevalent method is by majority member clan vote. There may be times when decisions will be made by leaders only votes
